Terms of Service

Booking and payment
You book a ride online by choosing a pickup, a drop-off, a date and a time, and paying the full price by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a booking number.
The day-before rule
Online bookings are for tomorrow or later, up to 60 days ahead. Same-day rides can only be requested by calling or texting (609) 555-0100 and depend on availability.
All bookings are final
Bookings cannot be cancelled by the customer and are non-refundable. If we must cancel your ride for any reason, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Changes
To change the time or address, call or text (609) 555-0100 as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
Waiting time and no-shows
We wait up to 15 minutes at your pickup (30 minutes at airports). If you are not there and we cannot reach you, the ride counts as completed.
Passengers, luggage and animals
Passenger and luggage limits are shown when you book. Service animals are always welcome. Please treat the vehicle and driver with respect; we may refuse a ride to anyone who is unsafe.
Lost items
Contact us as soon as possible about items left in the vehicle. We will try to return them but are not responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any ride is limited to the price you paid for it.
