How far ahead do I need to book?
Online booking starts tomorrow and runs up to 60 days ahead. You can book any time the day before your ride; there’s no evening cutoff. Rides for today can’t be booked online.
Can I get a ride today?
Maybe! Call or text Jorge at (609) 555-0100. Same-day rides depend on his schedule and aren’t guaranteed.
How is the price calculated?
From the actual driving route between your pickup and drop-off (distance and time), plus an airport fee and tolls when your trip includes an airport. You see the total before you pay, and that’s what you pay.
When and how do I pay?
In full when you book, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Can I cancel my booking?
No. All bookings are final and non-refundable, because Jorge reserves that time just for you. If Jorge ever has to cancel, you’ll get a full refund.
What if I need to change the time or address?
Call or text (609) 555-0100 as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and aren’t guaranteed.
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. Jorge adjusts to your actual landing time when his schedule allows and contacts you if anything changes.
How long will Jorge wait?
Up to 15 minutes at your pickup (30 minutes at airports). If you’re not there after that and he can’t reach you, the ride counts as completed.
How many passengers and bags fit?
Up to 4 passengers and 3 large bags in a clean, comfortable sedan. For bigger groups, call or text (609) 555-0100.
Do you provide child seats?
We don’t provide child seats at this time. Please bring your own.
Can I bring a pet?
Small pets in a carrier are welcome; just mention it in your notes. Service animals are always welcome.
How do I know my ride is confirmed?
Right after payment you’ll see your booking number, and we’ll email your confirmation. Jorge will also text you the evening before your ride.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes! Jorge speaks English and Spanish, and this site is available in both.
