What we collect
Your name, mobile phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, flight number and notes you give us, and a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.
Why
To quote, schedule, provide and support your ride, send your confirmation, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments; we never see your card number), Google Maps Platform (address search and routes), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email provider.
How long we keep it
Unpaid booking attempts are deleted after 30 days. Ride records are kept for 24 months after the ride, then personal details are removed.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for the booking session and bot protection. No advertising or tracking cookies.
